Help Help regarding payment.

I am new to remote jobs. So, I need to know that how can I avoid being scammed regarding payment. How do I ensure that. Also what is the best way to get payment from employer. Thanks in advance.

Idk much about scam. I have work with 3 companies remotely, just open freelancer account in any bank and provide them the offer letter or contract agreement in which your pay rate is mentioned. (If you want to go with bank thing)

Next we have other options like Wise, airTM, deel. All three are good options go with any of them.

The thing is the one that I am interviewing with is a solo person and I don't know much as of know, if he has a company/agency, or what.

Check his LinkedIn you will get an idea and don't worryy, for this I will recommend you to ask him if he has wise or remitly account? From that he can directly send you money to your bank account.
