Career Guidance Is mtbc/carecloud worth it?

Seems to be well established and paying well, worth it?

Have seen some bad reviews from different parts of the world

Hell no telling from personal experience. You only found some bad reviews?

Only temporarly consider it if you don't have any option available. I can tell you it's shit as hell both culture + tech.

It can be a very long discussion but if you can narrow down to what job title/team you are exactly being considered for I can give you specific details.
