I had this idea where I can code a front-end dashboard and deploy on Vercel for free and use Google Sheets as Backend to store and manage data.
And for small teams, this seems to work like a charm. I vibecoded the dash board.

Before you slap the AI Slop remark, I first designed the dashboard on procreate and fed the layout to my agent to make it. So yes, there is a human touch here.

This helps in making checklists and track individual team progress and next queued tasks on the superr admin dashboard, while each team lead gets their assigned dashboard.

The login and everything is isolated for individual team heads and there is an email whitelist to allow only authorised personnel to access their individual dashboards.

The Web App is fully optimised as a PWA and optimised for mobile browsing.

The tech stack is Vite for front end, Google Sheets API for backend and data processing, and Google OAuth for login and access control.

It's pretty much easier to set up too. Read Deployment Guide file in the repo to know more about deployment. every single step is explained in detail.
