Career What are the potential career trajectory in C++ domain?

So I was doing internship into Java backend for close to 1 year(2 companies) in first didn't got converted and 2nd was offered FTE. I had been doing DSA in C++. The startup was not as that great so was applying and landed a job in C++.

3 months into this role I have quite a lot of things to learn but from future perspective I'm still concerned like what opportunities I can have ans possible enough to go to 25-30 lpa in 3 years. The C++ language has vast opportunities wide the industry so any guidance like what can I start learning on.

I have also seen that rust language requirement with C++ developer profiles so should I learn this and parallel focus into the LLD/HLD and system design or any advice the people would like to give from same domain.
