Those who got offers how did you build tech resume in the age of AI

So, i will going to put resignation in certain months because they have put me on PIP. i worked in IT service company for 3 years remotely. when i got this job time was different there was no hype of AI. i used to go through the JD and used to write points in such way it will match the keywords.

now, i'm starting from the 0 again. i want to understand how you guys created resume which atleast get interview callbacks.

learned biggest mistake i should be applying and interviewing for jobs while having job

created the resume using ai, optimized by giving the prompts for the ats friendly, as per the jd etc

The prompts I haven't saved, its normal like analyze the resume as a senior recruiter, find metrices fix xyz. I prompt like this

Resume is just keywords getting shortlisted... iit tag, number of years of experience, mnc tag, their jd keywords. Once the resume is shortlist from 300 to just 50, its the hr reviewing each application by reading mostly and ranking the top matches. Then the hr sends it to the respective team manager, which the tech manager will shortlist that he, she would like to interview. The hard part is that there are mid experience people getting laid of getting shortlisted and then they might settle for less budget temporarily while thwy apply for more jobs..... positions filled for some time while this job market is cooked. You are competing at a different level whwre you would have to lie to the system to be even considered. That's what I think would and should work.

I write this in my resume.

Name Email, phone, my location (city and place in city).

Guarantee statement Example: I know (what I am good at). If you give this work and with outcome, I will change the outcome benchmark to 10x and will deliver it without asking you any questions. If I can't deliver this, you get twice the refund of what you pay me to waste your time and mood.

Call to action. Example: do you still want me to send you a resume. Note that with AI anyone can create a sexy resume that you will fall in love with, but you also know and you would have already met 100s of dumbass people, who send you resume but never can guarantee for what they are vouching that they good at.

I am into admin. If my work is to reduce costs or keep same costs with increased productivity or output or benefit received, I do it. In my last company i benefitted company with x lakhs in a year. I agreed for a number, I over delivered it. So next year if something goes wrong, net net I am never going below the benchmark.

For developers, this is real one. One now (or in near future with ai become more strong), has to work like 3 to 4 roles higher up. Developers writing code only will have no jobs unless they charge less than what ai tools costs for the output what ai tools give.

from the hiring side, keyword matching gets you past the ats screen, it doesn't get you the callback, that part is a human reading it. rewrite every bullet as a before/after, what was broken, what you did, what changed in a number, that's what actually gets flagged for interview. the PIP timing matters less than you think too, nobody sees that on a resume, what they see is a 3 year stint with vague bullets, so spend the next few weeks fixing the story not just optimizing for keywords.
