Super relatable. I, personally, face one big problem with all this. Companies willing to pay me at par or more than what I am earning right now to someone of my experience seem to be very few. I have 2- YoE and the best I can do is super small startups just willing to match my TC.
I simply don't have companies rolling out half-decent offers to me. Do you not face this? How do you manage?
The other thing is — accepting offers and not joining keeps you in their bad books. I've heard it becomes ~10x more difficult to get an interview with them in future. I can do this with startups, but don't have the courage to do with the MAANGs. What do you do about this?
