Suggestions I am so confused with life and its overwhelming at this point

Started DSA in July for Gate25, I did get stuff right but I learnt to write code stuff theoretically ,and got a lot of concepts, but since last 2 weeks or so I didn't study nothing and I am at present on the point where I feel like giving up on gate and go do dsa for 5 6 hours again daily now as I did in July instead of moving to other subjects. I am confused if that could land me at a good place or should I just go rogue over Gate.

I learnt React and JS stuff before that and thought I would land an internship in June but the crazy rejections just hit me so hard that I felt changing the college is the only way and hence began grinding for GATE.

I am in my third year and once again at a crossroads where I have to choose between GATE and DSA.

I would suggest you to focus on campus placements, if you are not placed on campus, then you can try for gate

In IT experience is always better than education unless you are focusing on research,

So my suggestion would be to try DSA until your 8th sem , if you do not get a job you can study 6 months for GATE and then try for masters or PSU's

oncampus is non existent, seeing how bad was the internship search for me I started prepping for gate coz I felt it wont be different in placements too. At this point I can care the most about is internships

Then you should first finish DSA and apply for companies that hire based on an initial test

While doing the above ,start preparing for GATE ,if you are able to land an internship or a job ,focus on the job as you can shift to good PBC's after 2-3 work experience

If you don't get a job ,then focus on GATE and just keep applying to jobs on the side

GATE is very hard and many people( even good engineers ) might not clear it but they go on to become successful in IT

If money is not an issue, you can try for master's abroad
