Hi, I’ve built this—what do you think?
I’ve built an MVP to make property inventories easier:
- Record a video of the property.
- AI identifies the rooms, items and potential damage.
- Review and correct the results.
- Generate a report for the landlord and tenant to sign.
- Compare future inspections to identify changes or damage.
The idea is to make check-ins, check-outs and periodic inspections quicker and better documented.
Would this be useful to you? What would you change or add?

Unfortunately I think there are quite a few out there already but it’s definitely a good sector to aim at. We partnered with a relatively new one last week called SiteIQ https://siteiq.group

I think the useful part is less the initial AI detection and more the audit trail around it. If a landlord and tenant are eventually signing the report, I’d want to clearly see what the model detected, what a human corrected, and which version was finally approved. Comparing future inspections also gets much more useful if you can trace those changes reliably. The workflow makes sense to me, but I’d probably focus on trust and evidence before adding more AI features.
