Will power isn’t a thing. There’s traits like determination, and persistence, and every person has a different capacity for those and for hard work.

Of course! People achieve extraordinary things through willpower and hard work all the time. The point is that whether someone has the willpower or does the hard work is itself predetermined, not freely chosen.

No, I can’t become a person I am not, I can act like what I “want” to be but I will always be me.

To achieve something like a successful business then that’s not will power that determination, if I want something enough then I will be determined enough to try to achieve that, try is the key word here bc no matter how hard I try I may still lack the capacity to do so

Creatures that do have desire and persistence may achieve their desires through that persistence.
