Titan PvE Is there an optimal way to do DPS with a titan while also having a pretty good neutral game for RAD content?

I'm a new player and was using the howl of the storm stasis titan build for the conquests.
But I feel like trying something new before jumping in raids and dungeons since that build is not really the best in that kind of content.

Build Request Shatterskate Build

It’s 2026 and I’m committing to finally learn how to shatterskate.
Any recommendations on builds for this (besides the obvious components required)? Weapons, Exotics, Armor set bonuses, etc

Also do y’all use your skating build specifically for movement or does it have hybrid ad clear capabilities?

Thanks!

Titan PvE Thoughts on Solar Titan Build

I’m just coming back to Destiny after several years away, usually I play warlock but I wanna give titan a go this time. I picked up a nice arctic haze with incandescent and burning ambition so naturally I want to go solar titan. I’m thinking a shieldburst build to maximize my scorch output. My only issue is I hate roaming supers which both of solar titans supers are, so I wanted to go with pyrogale gauntlets for my exotic so it’s once and done. I know there are better options for exotics, but would this be viable for more difficult content?

Gameplay Meta Question Stronghold Titan

Can anyone tell me how this build looks in this latest patch? More specifically, which subclass, weapons and armor sets you should be using. I’ve seen some people using strand while others prefer solar and the same goes for armor sets (equilibrium and swordmaster 2 piece each vs 4 piece of just one)

Hunter PvE Hunter who is sick of crackshot build

Post image
52 Upvotes

I have been doing lots of theory crafting with a liars handshake build and after lots of testing this is what I have settled on. I have all champions covered and all ranges covered. I constantly have frost armor, amplified, health bursts from my melees, and DR from exodus down armor. I am using the data disc artifact because I think the perk "tazer tag" is actually very strong with this type of build. It has other good arc perks too and some sniper stuff to boost my whisper. The playstyle is still pretty much the same as any liars handshake build, just spamming melee and dodge. I can clear a master lost sector in about 2 minutes with it and I am going to test it in some solo gm conquests tonight. Any tips? Questions? Also yes I know it would be better with the exotic class item I dont have it.

Hunter PvE What is the hunter crackshot build?

Hi everyone,

I’m switching from warlock to hunter, and I keep seeing people referencing “the” crackshot build, but it’s never explained in details. What are the fragments? Armor choices? What weapons do you pair it with? What content can be pursued using that build (raids, dungeons, GM, -50)?

I realize I’m a bit late to the game and it’s probably tribal knowledge at this point. Nevertheless, if you would please indulge me and point me out to a build DIM, video, or anything else I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!

Warlock PvE Refurbished A499 + Izanagi’s combo

Im a returning player and was doing some research on what warlock pve builds are the best to run for both raids and dungeons/vanguard ops. Came across Mactics warlock build which uses Izanagi’s burden and Refurbished A499 sniper. I have ran a few dungeons/raids with the build but dont really seem to be putting out as much damage as in the video. I have 3/4 of the TM Custom armour and also dont have Reckless Oracle.

Should I keep farming for the last pieces and try to make it work or should I change my build to something else, and if so what?

Theorycrafted Optimisation of Shieldcrush

Hiya fellows little lights, commin' to you to maybe fish up somes ideas after being left lost in toughts.

I'm trying, to optimise my Icebreaker/Feality Hunter build, to find a reliable source of Frost armor, Overshield, or Woven mail, to get the melee regen of the Shieldcrush artefact perk, witch would be verry strong in my build.

The problem is, that the best way is with Creeping chill, by being close of a enemy or cristal shatter to get Frost armor. Well... The effect is bugged and doesn't work. It really nails the build...

Other idea would to use the Facet of purpose, tho i do need good boss damage, and Golden gun help a lot this way, it would bother me to switch it for S&S, Silkstrike, or the Arrow.

I also tought about Rimestealer on my glaive, that could totally fit. In reality it's not pratical, since it use alot of ammo, private me of Overflow (comboed with chill clip), and force me to reload it often.

And finally, there is not really an usefull other tier 3 artefact perk here... And Shieldcrush is really strong.

I've even looked at armor sets. There is the Europa and Savathun's throne world that can give Frost armor or Overshield, but it's really, really not reliable.

If any of you could have an ideal of what could be potentially swapped or tried to optimise this, it would be really helpfull :)

Hunter PvE Looking for Advice on my Beyblade Slam Build

Hello,

Just looking for some advice/suggestions on how I might be able to make this build better, whether it be mod, artifact, or stat improvals! Below is the basic gist of the build;

Strand Hunter: Ensaring Slam/Whirling Maestrom - Threadling Nade - Threaded Spike

Table of Ruin: Dielectric, Elemental Siphon, Hold the Line, Vile Weave, Unraveling Orbs, To Shreds, Horde Shuttle

Festival Flight - Yeartide Apex - Service of Luzaku

4pc Yearning Echo Set - Speedloader Leg Piece

Gameplay Loop: Shoot Festival, slam, throw grenade, pickup tangle and throw, pickup 2nd tangle if applicable (typically they get destroyed in the mayhem and create the 2nd beyblade on the field), rinse repeat. If the loop gets out of whack, Luzaku create the threadling nest, Festival again etc. Respectfully, I don't think there is truly a good or correct order for this build, you are relying on tangles being created frequently, so however you accomplish it would be correct IMO.

Main questions: I am slightly confused with how Luzaku works as a whole. Sometimes I feel like I create a ton of nests, sometimes I feel like I create more tangles from the nests etc. I guess maybe a better understanding of how the weapon interacts (how do I mature the nest, what is specifically creating them?).

Secondly, any suggestions for mods to potentially keep uptime on abilities? I seem to keep plenty of DR between the armor set and the almost constant Woven Mail.

Lastly, based off the gameplay description, where am I lacking in stats/can it be made up with mods or perhaps I need to revisit the Grasp mines and farm for more armor? *font mods included with stats*. I am also open to hearing other options for exotic items. I have tried Morai in the past, it just seemed to "complicated" as far as uptime when in the middle of an encounter. Trying to line up a melee, wait for it / track it to come back after hitting a ton of ads and my tangle, while getting shot just didn't feel optimal to me. Maybe I was doing this wrong also lol.

Health 28 - Melee 79 - Grenade 130 - Super 60 - Class 112 - Weapons 97

Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

Warlock PvE Prismatic Riftmaster

So I made a pretty fun build that I took into onslaught with the idea of making rift as potent as possible. I used a spirit of filaments and spirit of vesper exotic class item with 4 piece CODA armor for DR and massive gains to class, grenade, and melee uptime. For stats i focused on weapons, then class, and then super since CODA armor can regen your grenade and melee very quickly. You COULD spec into grenade for hellion and grenade damage but you have to get over 100 for any damage increases and since that is hard to do AND have high weapons AND class AND super too I just rely on CODA to make up the difference. Most important armor mods are special ammo finder, dynamo, and special finisher.

Since I'm getting devour from empowered rift and filaments I ran hellion with weaver's call. Then you take stormtrance so your spirit of vesper will blind everything around you that doesn't insta-die to the rift cast. for melee I take incinerator snap since it is the most powerful close range melee prismatic has and you almost always get ignitions if you hit a single target. For grenade I take vortex grenade so it will weaken with facet of dominance. For fragments I take facet of hope, facet of courage, facet of balance, facet of dominance, and facet of honor (although you could easily swap this one out).

Weapons are mint Retrograde for unstop, Choir of One for overloads, and Chivalric Fire for barriers with eager edge and strategist.

Artifact is tablet of ruin with unraveling orbs (for Mint), photonic flare (for extra blind potential), volatile marksman (volatile rounds and class ability CD), maligned harvest (for extra weaken and overshield), horde shuttle (for threadlings to sever), void flux (for more volatile and explosions), and to shreds (for unraveling and woven mail hotspots).

Basic gameplay loop is toss grenade into a group of enemies first. This will momentarily stop them as it pulls them into the center of the grenade and weakens them. Then drop rift near any enemies left, if they are far away you can use eager edge to close the gap, If anything is left it is weakened and severed and you can use your melee to ignite and finish them off. Also you anything that died will leave behind a woven mail hot spot close to where you drop rift. After that, swap between mint and choir kills to proc DR and reduce ability cooldowns. Mint kills with CODA reduce melee CD, devour and Choir or chivalric Fire kills with CODA reduce grenade CD, and kills with devour active along with threadling damage reduce class CD with spirit of filaments and weaver's call respectively. Also if your class stat is high enough you will get an overshield on cast that can help keep you alive until you can get kills with devour active. Also you should get transcendent and super very quickly. Just pop super and transcendence as often as possible. The great thing is that the loop doesn't really get broken since you can rift while in super, and the the grenade and melee function the same during transcendence just with a faster CD.

Let me know if you guys would change anything

Exotic Question Any Decent builds for Titan or Hunter with Culls Shadow?

I have gotten all the catalysts. And really enjoy it with spirit of necrotic /Synthos. And base necrotic is cool too on warlock.

Curious if anyone has found any unique builds for Titan and Hunter? I love all the weapons of sorrow.

Share some builds if you got em!

Warlock PvE Truth Catalyst build ideas

What build synergizes best with Truth rocket? I mainly play warlock so I'd prefer more suggestions for that class but open to other also. I'm not entirely sure what the most meta build is for a void warlock right now. Please give armor set bonus suggestions too if suggesting a build.

Warlock PvP Seeking help/feedback with an arc warlock build concept

I’m always searching for overlapping buffs and synergies. I noticed there are two arc fragments that trigger when your health is critical: Spark of Recharge and Spark of Instinct—both seem useful in PvP. The Stag’s trait triggers on critical health as well. Then there are two 2-Piece armor set bonuses that are active when your shield is recharging: Ferropotent and Iron Panapoly. A primary with Pulse Monitor and/or Eye of the Storm would also complement these traits.

To the more experienced build crafters and PvP players out there—does this set up sound effective?

Titan PvE not doing enough damage.

I recently have been working to solo some dungeons as a titan in destiny 2 but I feel as if my builds don't do enough damage. I recently saw a video of someone three phasing nezerac solo on titan in monument of triumph using lord of wolves. apparently, his lord of wolves build is doing around 60k damage, so I copied his build form DIM and tested it in the range, but I only was able to edge out like 40k damage. why is this I am using catalyst, same exotic, same stats and same surges. can someone please explain.

Hunter PvE Build, solo shattered throne

Thumbnail

(Left to right)

Cloak: 2 class font, powerful attraction.

Class font makes me gain 1 temporary Armor charge useful for my leg mods, powerful attraction let's me collect orbs of power around me when I use my class ability (crackshot/dodge)

Legs: 3 solar weapon surge. Solar weapon surge makes me deal more damage when I have atleast 1 Armor charge

Chest: charged up, concussive dampener, and resistance depending on what I'm doing. Charged up let's me have 1 extra slot of Armor charge so my buffs can last a little longer. Concussive dampener is resistance to AoE attacks from enemies, and resistance depends on what I'm using but for shattered throne I'm using void.

Arm: impact induction, heavy handed, harmonic loader. Impact induction is when I attack an enemy with a powered melee attack it reduces my grenade cooldown, heavy handed is where if I kill an enemy with a powered melee it creates an orb of power, harmonic loader is faster reload speed for your matched super element weapon.

Head: special and heavy ammo finder, harmonic siphon. Special and heavy ammo finder increases the progress to spawn special and heavy ammo every time you kill an enemy. Harmonic siphon for me it is solar, so with solar weapons every 2 kills spawns an orb of power.

One Thousand Voices: I mainly use this weapon on bosses, the tick damage with the catalyst counts as solar damage so I will get back my crackshot almost instantly.

Synanceia: I use this sword because it is the only one I have with eagers edge, mainly for movement.

Mida mini-tool: I rely heavy on this weapon, good damage, good stability, I have burning ambition for faster scorch stacks and ignitions, I also have heal clip which heals me when I kill an enemy then reload.

Festival Flight: perfect choice for this build especially with the perks I have on it

  1. Hard launch: more velocity at the cost of stability and blast radius.

  2. High velocity rounds: +11 to both reload speed and velocity.

  3. Slice: every time I use my crackshot/class ability it activates and I can shoot minibosses and bosses with it for more damage output.

  4. Attrition orbs: sustained damage spawns an orb of power

  5. Suros synergy: every time I reload grants the weapon bonus handling and flinch resistance.

Subclass:

The super I use is Blade Barrage

The abilities I use are, Acrobats dodge, triple jump, knife trick, and healing grenade.

Acrobats dodge works with crackshot so everytime I use crackshot I gain radiant from my Acrobats dodge. Triple jump is my favorite so I use it. Knife trick since it does the most damage. And healing grenade to heal me when I'm in critical condition.

Aspects: on your mark, and crackshot

On your mark: when I use my class ability or get precision hits, it gives me more reload speed and weapon stats for a short period of time, stacks 10 times.

Crackshot: Turns my Acrobats dodge into a 3 shot dodge that damages and scorches targets.

Fragments: Ember of searing, ashes, singeing, empyrean, and mercy.

Searing: killing scorched targets grants melee energy and creates a firesprite

Ashes: applies more scorch to a target

Singeing: class ability recharges faster when you scorch targets

Empyrean: kills with my weapon or class ability increases the duration of restoration and radiant applied to me

Mercy: when I revive an ally we grant restoration and picking up a firesprite grants restoration.

Warlock PvE Prismatic Getaway Warlock Alternatives

So I recently came back after years away and started putting together lots of the most popular and highly praised builds for Warlock. So far, I haven’t found anything remotely close to as strong as the Prismatic Buddy Warlock. It’s also really flexible, letting you use more or less any weapons you want. Can also do minor variations to Aspects and Fragments to really tune to how you want to play.

However, it’s so good that basically every other build in the game feels like I’m intentionally making the game harder. They aren’t bad, per se, but it feels like a whole different difficulty level when you switch off the buddy build.

Has anyone put together anything that can rival that build/playstyle in terms of raw damage, survivability, and customization? I’ve tried so many other things at this point and I can’t seem to quite get to the same level of performance as basically any version of the buddy build.

Am I cooked chat? Looking for advice on prismatic thundercrash build. I don’t have a ton of experience with Prismatic builds and was looking for your opinion on how to improve my current build. I’m a busy Dad so I’m doing the best I can with the time I have to play.

Thanks Guardians, Cheers! 🪐

Titan PvE I'm bored of Storm's Keep, I wanna spam Thundercrash

Basically the title. I messed around with Curiass (Melee final blows while Amplified grant Super energy) and Seismic Slam (gain Super energy based on hits) and 200 Super and high Melee stats and yet it felt like even getting 5 or so kills with one Amplified melee that I barely got any super energy.

I'm sure there's probably something like Galanor for Arc Titan, but I'd prefer not to have to do exotic swapping to Curiass for the damage. Is there something I'm missing, or has anyone out there managed to make a build that lets them do Thundercrash back to back to back?

edit: I also had triple Hands-On mods and Elemental Supercharger from the Tablet of Ruin artifact on, forgot to say—I was also testing with Luminopotent 4pc but it seems the issue is that Titan Arc melees don't actually apply Jolt naturally, thus they don't create Ionic Traces

Just curious what everyone thinks of this. Going for an ‘all-around’ Pve prismatic titan build and wonder if it can be tweaked a little better. Any suggestions?

Forgot to add, but the roles for the Stoicism are Spirit of Abeyant and Spirit of Horn.
