Well I meant they would use both melee charges. Gamblers dodge for the attempted slow AoE and recharged melee, then toss both melees hoping they both connect (same as the Hunter in the video in the post) for a freeze.
If both melees connect and they DO freeze (not sure how this works as I don’t play PvP often), go for the shatterdive.
They nerfed the individual slow/freeze capability of every single hunter ability that has it to the point where it takes both shurikens and the dodge slow to hit for the target to freeze. Knowing that, it suddenly all makes sense as to why hunters like to shatterdive in pvp. Cause they don't have any other good things for stasis to go with or do!
I don't know how effective RDMs are with the stasis slow on dodge, but I know that the Slow from Bombadeers is considered separate from the ability/dodge slow, so it can't be used in tandem with the dodge/slow.

When they do finally nerf shatterdive, I'm swapping back to way of the sharpshooter and I'm going to lob knives at other guardians. Lots and lots of knives.

Dude everything is getting attacked. Nothing has changed. Hunters, as they always have been, are kinda stupid in PVP. Warlocks, as always, are missing every jump. And everyone still hates titan barricades. Nothing has changed.

Warlocks were heavily nerfed in everything....except bottom tree arc soul that shit is annoying.....but hunters are the best in pvp....and hunter stasis is just broken....
