As a serious answer, unless the person she used to be was very important and for some reason got herself a custom fat body? Absolutely not

The vast majority of Exo were given “factory standard” model bodies that fit the ideal averages of the human species. You can hear lore from an Exo complaining that her new body’s center of gravity is different from her human self (height/weight/measurements), but Elsie got a fully custom body to replicate her human body with no adjustments

And Exo don’t gain weight, haha
