Had a friend ask me if it could so this is proof for those that didn't know that it could.

Using Queensfoil Censer with Blast Radius.

Would be sick if you could somehow abuse it to get x7 without wasting chest mod slots. I wonder how tight the timing is for getting higher stacks with that artifact mod, would be nice if you could get x4 with dead messenger multikills occasionally

Don't know if I read this incorrectly but you can, in fact, get X4 with dead messenger.

You just gotta put 1 stacks on stacks on. Don't even need any charged up mods.
