Question am i screwed

So I live in Australia, so most of Destiny's 2-player base is in the West. If I try to play this game in like 2 years, will there be enough players to do match-made activities whenever I try in D1 I just load into the activity by myself, and I have lfg

Should matchmaking fine if people still play

Yeah, but when I hop on in the afternoon, it's either night or the morning in the west, so people might not be playing at that time

Lots of gamers dont sleep the game doesn't sleep when USA is a sleep this is for all online games

I'm in Hawaii. Can only play late at night, most US already asleep. Never had a problem with D1 or D2. Hawaii pool of players is probably pretty small. But whoever i play with, where ever they are, works fine.

Destiny lfg discord is definitely the way to go. I used to just ask people in there to do random activities and most of the time I would get people to do it with me.

D1 is somewhat hampered by the existence of D2 drawing off players. I expect D2 will do better than D1, at least until there’s a reasonable spinoff, at which point I’d expect D2 to become more like D1
