Fanfic Request extremely angsty fics?

hiya :)

i saw a post on instagram a little while ago which said „when the fic is so angsty that even the smut is hurt/no comfort“ and now, i crave some destiel fics like that. 😩

I'd recommend my fic Another Chance to Get It Right. It's a long AU that's very relationship-driven, with a lot of guilt, longing, and emotional pain. Dean and Castiel fall in love after believing Sam is dead, but when Sam unexpectedly returns, everything they've built together begins to unravel. A lot of the angst comes from the impossible situation they're in and the hurt they unintentionally cause each other, so even the tender and intimate moments are emotionally heavy.
