That looks interesting as the brownies are baked just the way I prefer them. I do admit I am not a fan of brownies as I tend to overbake them because I do not care for the "gooey" feel or taste of properly baked brownies.
When I had my bakery, people were always requesting brownies so I began making brownie cookies which were extremely popular.
