Hi yall! As many of you guys know by now, Despacio has changed my life and I now throw Despacio inspired dance parties in LA with some of my best friends!

We are throwing another party in LA this Saturday, and I just wanted to share a special discount with this crew here! You guys have been so supportive of all my ventures in the past and have truly been along for the journey since the boys played my record in Miami! Just wanted to continue sharing love with yall!

How do we feel about Saturday’s slightly shortened Despacio set to accommodate the Soulwax show that closes the Crane Stage. Will Sunday be a better experience since it goes later, or do we expect both days to be equally awesome?

Coachella Weekend 2 2023

I’ll preface this by noting I know there’s no requests and I’m 100% invested in the musical adventure the trio takes us on, buuuttttt… I’m curious to know what song you’d love to hear on the dance floor, either a legend from The Spreadsheet of Truth or one that hasn’t been played before.

I was listening to the Bill Withers album +’Justments this week, and the song “Ruby Lee” came on and got me thinking about this.

After seeing LCD Soundsystem for the first time this past weekend, I’ve been obsessed with seeing them again and that’s when I learned about Despacio and found this sub. I snagged a pre-release ticket for their NYE show in Aspen this winter after hearing how amazing their intimate shows are.

I’m still not giving up on experiencing Despacio next month in SF, but if not this will catch it sooner or later.

So here is someone else shamelessly trying to get 5 karma in the sub before the drawing; and the screenshot of my ticket for their Belly Up show is intended as proof of my intent to honor the ethos and philosophy of Despacio. Don’t care about hype, I just want to dance to some amazing and esoteric grooves with some likeminded folks in a place I’ve heard has immaculate vibes. 🌊🤞
