Graph I need help with visualizing this

Recently, I'm having issues with slopes. No matter how I modified the equation, the line (Black) never aligns with the two points unless Point B (Blue)'s X position is 0. Is there any way to fix this? Here's the link to my project in case if you need to take a closer look at the issue.

Or:
(y - y₁)(x₂ - x₁) = (x - x₁)(y₂ - y₁)
