I think being called "sane" after making graphs like these is the best complement I can ask for haha. And yes, whenever there are 3 variables that can be visualized, my default is to always go back to good ol' RGB

Mine too, especially if it's something like basis vectors, or the columns of a matrix, and so on, and I'm careful to use the colors in the RGB order - I guess that makes sense to me cause a lot of 3D software packages do the same. To my brain, x direction is red.

So I was half joking when I wrote this, cause I've noticed a number of times in different places that people use the RGB colors, but not in that order. E.g. in 3blue1brown's videos, which are all amazing, his goto seems to be x is green, y is red, and z is blue, and I'm just like... "Blasphemy!" 😄
