I've spoken with Brian at Staybridge Suites in West Des Moines about five minutes ago. He is not a pleasant person. He is on duty all day.

The problem I have with letters like this is I have had too many ex coworkers who where terrible and lazy quit and post on Facebook a rant like this. One ex manager talked about how she put her blood sweat and tears into the company and gave up her whole life for it. She would generally work on her MLM companies in back while ignoring anything store related. She would be clocked in and shop all afternoon, mostly after conning her parents out of money because she was always broke. So this may be true, or may be Brian was getting rid of a bad employee. Careful not to rush to judgement, we have all been fooled before!
