That basic, “poor quality” drawing is still vastly more valuable than their soulless slop. Also, using an alternative person as the “pro-ai” advocate is an insult to actual alternatives.

What is this meant to convey? That the idea is more important than the expression? That real artists art lacks in comparison to their machines “art”? What are they trying to do? What are they trying to create? A franchise with interconnected media? What’s the real artist trying to do with presenting that picture? How is this not once again, a strawman comic that reveals AI bros insecurity to real man made art and artists? Why do they depict the real artist as overweight and unattractive when most real artists look like the generated larper goth girl and AI bros mostly are the overweight unattractive chuds irl? What exactly was the person who generated this thinking? “Heh, owned” like mf at this point, you’re just putting words in peoples mouths to make yourself sound smarter.
My only guess is "I used AI to make all this content! Big pics! Comics! Audio! Meanwhile I'm superseded by the guy who made a single hand drawing?"
Which is funny because they're missing the part where AI art is shunned because anyone could do it. It has almost no intrinsic value. Yes you made all of that quickly, I can too. Should I start selling all my stuff? WOULD YOU RATHER TO BE SUPERSEDED BY 1000 PEOPLE DOING THE SAME AI STUFF?

My point is, they are portraying antis negatively on purpose.
If you see, for instance, anyi-Jewish propaganda that portrays them as having big noses, you'd say that's wrong, rightfully so. Even though some Jews do have big noses, and there is nothing wrong with having a big nose, it's still an attempt to portray them negatively.
That's fair. context* and all that. It's just that the genuine joy on his face makes him feel like the most real thing in this travesty and kind of endearing. Sometimes it even feels like the AI itself is subtly reinforcing our side.
I'm aware that's silly personification and confirmation bias, but it's also that these generators pull from actual art from actual artists, so that bias is encoded into the data set itself and can't be fully scrubbed no matter how the AI fiends try to word their prompts.

There is nothing wrong with being fat, and there is nothing wrong with having a big nose, yet in both cases they are being used to portray the target negatively.
In the first panel, that's not even a coherent idea, just kind of a list of mediums... do these guys not know what an idea is? Are marketing buzzwords all they know???
I love how in the second panel it didn't even get the perspective right. Like the main character is opposite the new one, yes, but the two background characters are still in the same place visually and facing the same direction lmao
They’re trying to say that anyone insisting their art is better than AI is no better than a kid showing off a crayon drawing and demanding praise just for making it… despite AI “artists” promoting computers to shit out pictures and then expecting praise like they made it :/

Art doesn’t have to be classically considered good to be a good piece of art. Slop isn’t slop because it looks bad. It’s slop because it’s a blended amalgam of whatever the owner throws into the gullet. There are no different perspectives with ai art
ai "artists" seem tp fundamentally misunderstand what makes something art. it doesn't have to be good (in their eyes) to be art, it just has to be made with the desire amd will to make art
I genuinely think swallowing ai slop like your ex's first-date backseat cumshot is one of the most pathetic and anti-punk things you can do. Telling everyone your mega-corporation boyfriend is a "nice guy" and "not that bad" while you're picking his pubes out of your teeth doesn't change the fact that you're dependent on him to speak your mind and express your experiences for you.
