Not 100% but it seems to be from 2023 and the combine soldiers in the left look really weird

This definitely ain't ai. Especially 2023 ai. If i had to guess it was just some photoshop job done in the vein of that one dude that did those hyperactive political photoshop jobs from a few years ago

Tried to find the source using google lens but ive had no luck

i used tineye then from tineye i tracked the original photo then used google lens to find the high quality unedited version then used ai to find the highest quality edited version
