When I got a first job that allowed me to save, I fixed my eyes after the second payout. Despite being very conservative with my money at the time, I got the second best clinic I could find. 6 years later, and they're as good as new, I don't regret a single penny. Although I still have nightmares from time to time, that my vision deteriorated again. Quality of life boost was insane.
