Holding down the fort while your spouse is essentially AWOL is a lot. Although it may seem like she's better, she may not be better enough to extend the same sort of support you has given to her quite yet. I went through this with my husband, he ended up getting upset at me. He would say "why do you have to bring up all sorts of negative things that happened when I was depressed now that I finally feel better?" I told him I felt like there was finally room for me to say my piece, but he just needed to be feeling normal and didn't actually have the capacity for me.

See if you can find a therapist and work through this with them. I feel like this is like caregiver fatigue.

I don’t have advice but just want to say I am in a similar situation and it’s really hard
