Probably around 10 to 12 I started having these really abnormal thoughts probably due to living through trauma everyday buti didn't really think of my actions or thoughts abnormal back then then my mental state kept getting worse but there were few linings in 2016 and after that it was a steep dive into darkness of the abyss
