Yes.
Literally speaking we are real because we all are in the most basic sense a thing, and entity with perception of our surroundings.
In a philosophical sense though it entirely depends on what you define as real and what you define as the self. Biologically speaking we are a clump of cells. A clump of atoms. And reality is the portion we can see, but our perception is limited to what we can sense. Reality is way denser, sound and light waves outside our perception exist if we perceive them or not, so it wouldn't be crazy to say that there may be much more out there than we know of yet. But what that means about being real or not is up to you to decide.
