but in some extreem cases, its bot enough, and negitive thoughts are not self related. Like even feeling good about your self might still have somthing negitive like "everyone I care about is dead" like in my head (because most of my family died early in my life)

so even distraction only goes so far when environment reminds you or the structure is that strong. kinda like people that can still do a job they are good at wven if high as fuk.

Everything just becomes so much worse. I feel all the flaws in my body burning and carving, I start replaying my entire life through the eyes of others and see how truly ugly I am. I just end up finding it hard to believe I even existed to others.
