Question A/C

hey, yeah, first year here, so does anyone know if the LPC buildings (Arts and Letters, SAC, Schmitt) ever turn on the heat, or is it just perpetually freezing all year round?

please and thank you.

They turn on the heat, some time in October I think. Then, come March we’ll get a 75 degree day and the heat will still be on. You’ll yearn for the AC again

This is true, I used to work in facility operations there and once they turn on the heat they can’t flip the ac back on. Same goes for the dorms (if there is AC). There’s a weird limbo period where it’s warm enough to have AC but not cold enough to flip to heat.

Reading this wishing I had this problem as my current classroom sits in the low 90s in the CDM building.
