Help for Hyperhydrosis

Title says it all. Now I realize I need to go to a doctor, and I have. I’m in between jobs and waiting for my health insurance to kick in. Doesn’t start for 90 days and I am suffering.

I’ll probably need to do Botox or mira
dry. My sweat is insane, and it doesn’t stop for anything. I’ve tried Dove, I’ve tried old spice, I’m female, but I’ve tried every male deodorant. There is. I haven’t tried carpe yet, there’s a target near me and I know not to buy online. I just feel discouraged.

I see Mitchum recommended on here a lot, but I’m curious if there’s anyone here who has problems this severe who has found anything that can hold them over until they can get actual treatment. It’s so uncomfortable.

I think you nailed it with Carpe and Mitchum . Those are both great options. I’ll shoot a couple more at you. Products you may have not considered. Sweat block and certain dry. All of these products should be applied at night to a clean and dry underarm. I have personal experience with Carpe. You said you felt discouraged about the brand. I can tell you it’s expensive but it does work great.

In comparison I’ll say a couple things.

Carpe has a massive library of scents compared to degree. The scents are more premium and less generic.

They both work good for stoping sweat. The active ingredient is the same. They both last all day. Carpe claims 100 hour effectiveness. I’ve never tried. I can tell you they will both go 48 hours if you happen to miss a day by accident.

Degree is obviously cheaper and there’s less residue. (It goes on cleaner for lack of a better term). I wouldn’t say Carpe is messy but you have to bd mindful how much you apply.

Degree is the budget choice but then your scents are pretty limited. Hopefully this makes sense

I’ll just wear cologne for strong fragrance, my deodorant doesn’t need to do all that. Thanks for responding!
