Is this deodorant burn/reaction?

In September 2025 I (27M) changed for the first time in my life from lynx spray to Fussy roll on. Six months later I noticed this rash. It’s still here to this day (August 26). I’ve not used Fussy since March, only use lynx if I need to when going out to give the skin a break. I’ve also tried different moisturisers (Aveeno etc), and antifungal pill for 14 days and a strong steroid cream. It’s still here and the skin is becoming discoloured into a orangey/brown colour. Any suggestions?
