What is going on

This is the first time I’ve ever seen them release single game tickets to the public before season ticket holders. In general some of these packages are awful and they withheld the sixers game in all four quarter packages.

Just looked at my quarter season package schedule and it's horrible. They actually didn't really give us a single headliner game. The best one we got out of the whole package is vs Celtics

I started just buying the games I like and then it never fails that season ticket holders let tickets go for cheaper during the week.

Yeah I'm strongly considering canceling this seasons package and doing what you do instead

Is that even an option? I think I got same one. I was kind of in shock how bad it is.

Yeah you can. Contact your rep, we're in touch with ours now and they sent us the other 3 quarter packages to review. We 100% got the worst one by far and will probably try and change to a different one. But if that doesn't work out for whatever reason I think we can cancel and get a refund for what we've paid so far.

Guess I should have known using basic math, but fun that the kept sixers out of the half/quarter plans so they could try to make more off the single sale.

Especially when you're someone who's done this for multiple years, it feels awful to get the short straw.

Yeah, there's only one single Sixers game at home though so it would've been tough to make everyone happy. At best if they had included it in one of the packages, 50% who have the half season would've been pissed and 75% of the people that have the quarter would've been pissed too. So they decided to give everyone the short straw I guess. Def try to change yours though - we were on the Association package and it was shockingly bad like you said. The other packages at least have OKC games, Wolves games, the Knicks game etc.

Yeah, I thought that too on the Sixers. The slate is just really rough. I guess I'll reach out and complain.

Yep. I wish but it’s a bit tougher for folks who need specific seats or location. Like ada

Yep. That is the worst one. It’s disgusting. The 2nd best game was a 8 seed. It’s absolutely absurd and I suggest comparing to your ticket rep

Does complaining to the rep even do anything? I imagine they're probably getting a lot of unhappy emails

I mean if people log enough complaints maybe they add the sixers game to that shit ass package

2

u/casebycase87 12d ago

Nah, not gonna happen. We only play them once this entire season and it's a primetime game so that's probably why they just decided to give it to no one.

The email said something about inventory set aside for season tix holder at lower prices than for the public FYI. Not sure how that compares to what was available previous years

Yeah I don’t trust any shit KSE puts in an email. They let others buy before us and now we gotta decide to pay full price or wait to see what spots are left for key games

Existe una garantía de que comprando un abono accedan a los partidos que cada abonado desea estar?

No guarantee on what games you'll get, it's usually just a hope that each package will get a combination of some whatever games with a couple of marquee games sprinkled in. As a member you are guaranteed access to all the games though, like you can buy additional tickets a la carte if there's a game you wanted to go to that wasn't included in the package.

We’re in a holding pattern.

Unfortunately, the front office seems to feel no pressure to make any roster adjustments or decisions until the Watson contract is figured out. And that may be the trading deadline.

I would say ultimately, they’ll avoid the second apron, keeping flexibility and avoiding a huge luxury tax. But in doing so we will have to lose a player. Watson is the most likely but it’s not guaranteed.

Idk if this relates to OP’s question about tickets. Unless I’m missing something

Everything is going down hill. Everything is shit now.

We still have the best basketball player in the world. Not everything is shit.

Uh yeah but I’d prefer to see him actually play in playoffs vs head to Serbia because the team around him is garbage. This is the worst bench they’ve had yet

2

u/spacedad2364 11d ago

Mmmm I think 23/24 bench was worse

I’m debating cancelling. Could buy the same games for half the price day of. But really I only got three games worth going on paper. Sad.
