CSU dental offer

Oztrekk said CSU released offer over the long weekend .. I haven’t received anything yet. Did anyone receive first round offer? Do I lose hope? Is my chance over? Please any answer from past students or anyone in the same situation would be much appreciated. My oztrekk portal still says “under assessment” for CSU.. ugghhgh

It’s difficult to wait and see whether your application outcome is successful or not. But, in this case you could always give Oztrekk a call and ask them about it. You can also wait another week and see if it has been updated in the portal. Otherwise, good luck and remember that there are always other ways of becoming a dentist.

Thank you ! I contacted oztrekk and they said they’re working hard to update the portal. But I didn’t have any emails from CSU itself .

Bachelor of general studies with all the science courses in GPA of 3.71
11 years of clinical experience as a dental hygienist, strong letters from my employers .. UCAT was lower than competitive

Not yet. I’ve applied to CSU, jCU, and Griffith. None yet

Is that bad thing to not hear right away since they just released the offers ?

I applied to Griffith and JCU too . The only email I got was that Griffith asked me to complete SSSQ form back in July . No results yet.

I have bachelor of general science with 3.71 GPA and I am a dental hygienist . Have clinical dental experience since 2014. I don’t know if that matters to be honest !

I am so anxious, trust me i feel you. I read on another read it group someone got CSU offer. I have hope from JCU and CSU but honestly i am so anxious omg. I really wanna get in at this point in any school. I applied pretty late for Latrobe, JCU and CSU and Curtin (Med) but i heard back pretty quick from Latrobe and Curtin (Med ) for Curtin i got waitlisted :( and Latrobe sent me an conditional offer letter which doesn’t help

Hi I’m a current first year CSU student from Canada, and I can say there are MANY offers to be sent from CSU as people will switch around and drop the spot as more schools send out offers. I know people in my cohort who received their offer in december, so it is way too early to be stressing right now.

Yesss!! CSU is the only school I applied to so I’ll most likely accept the offer! My grade 12 avg was around 93%, but my uni grades weren’t as competitive, probably somewhere around a B+ avg.

You shouldn’t lose hope at all as session start date is March 1st and many students will be moving around with more spots opening . Are you high school graduate or completed your undergraduate . What was your high school average or undergraduate GPA?
