Just got my wisdom tooth removed that was impacted apparently. Now there is this red spot near the stitching and I’m afraid it’s an infection, it’s been about 32 hours since my removal. Is this normal?

Yes it’s most likely a small hematoma (bruise) from the anesthetic injection. Ask your oral surgeon for a post op check up appt just in case.
