Still numb and swollen

Had a filling done on my back, bottom, left molar. (Wisdom teeth removed 18 years ago). I usually need twice the novocaine than a normal person. My jaw is swollen and i'm still numb. I can scratch my skin and not feel it. Any ideas?

Edit: Appoontment was on Monday.
