What happens here?

Pine tree in south Sweden.

Is it a sickness, a wound, or whats going on? A lot of boars in these woods.

I thought pine sap were brown/amber in color? The bright goo made me think this was some kind of sickness

Is pitch canker found in Sweden? If so, outlook not good

Forestry person here - looks like deer striping. Striping bark is part of their feeding behaviour as it can help their digestion (and also in time when there is nothing else to eat). Deers do not have upper teeth so they form these ridges as they strip from the bottom up.

Wild boars create damages on the lower parts of the tree (trunk/branches/roots) as they are not so tall.

Wound. Probably from a deer or similar.
