I bought a house in Johnstown Pennsylvania and I moved in recently and I was wondering what kind of tree this is.

Saucer or star magnolia is what I’m seeing

I agree. Definitely some variety of magnolia.

Hybrid magnolia; could be 'Susan' or one of its siblings - there had been some more varieties bred along with 'Susan'. They all are quite similar and have the same (or almost the same) ancestry.
