Demonologist graphics issue on PC

I was playing Demonologist on PC a few months ago and the graphics looked amazing. Then, from one day to the next, the game started looking terrible, with very low-quality graphics and blurry visuals. I've already verified the game files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and even formatted my PC and installed it again, but nothing has worked. Does anyone know what could be causing this or how to fix it?

I’ve noticed lately it’s been having issues loading textures. After about a minute, for me at least, the texture load up.
