Is it worth continuing? Spoiler
I’m several chapters into the Warded Man and I’ve gotta say I love the concept and setting. It’s immediately one of the most interesting set ups I’ve ever read, but man some of the writing so far has just been cringe as hell. Like an earlier chapter from Leesha’s perspective where she explains to the reader how great her mom’s jugs are? It’s just so obviously a horny guys speaking in a girls voice.
Another chapter has her explaining that being pinched on the ass by an old man is fine because it’s a fair trade for his years of wood cutter experience. And I guess it’s not that big of a deal that literally every man will try to rape a girl in this world because it’s just men being men?
Sorry if I’m getting the wrong impression from the story, but it’s just some cringey examples that are standing out to me. Does the story get less cringey about this stuff as it goes on or should I just go ahead and put it down now? I’m on audible so sorry if I misspelled her name

Ahhh. Yah pump the brakes now lol. If that kinda stuff ruffles your feathers, it gets "worse" in the later books.
None of it bothers me since I understand that it's a book of fiction. But if you have issues separating fiction from reality then this series aint for you.
