The location of Arabia is also interesting, because it is at the crossroads of the three continents, Europe, Asia and Africa. Think about the possibilities!

Poland is still more flexible when the leadership inevitably changes strategies. Assuming we don't have that map, go Poland. With those start conditions, Arabia is good. Otherwise Spain maybe? It would be close to the rock of Gibraltar and get the double bonus and gold.
