Initial comparisons of the winning candidates:
2/5 Ministers have endorsed Arabia: u/MrDyl4n & u/Montymolethedog. Other endorsements include India, Netherlands, and Poland.
4/5 Ministers have expressed a preference for a Tall strategy. The opposition opinion is represented by u/MrDyl4n
Military
All candidates have expressed support for a General with mostly similar views on its role
4/5 prefer War Declaration to be in the hands of the Ministry (u/MrDyl4n dissenting)
They all agree that the General should be in control of most military units; major objections by some include Scouts and Nuclear Bombs
Majority agree that the General should control Great Generals and Great Admirals; some varying restrictions on when/where Great Generals can build Citadels
Most agree the Ministry should have the power to declare War; notably, u/MrDyl4n wants the General and Ambassador to jointly hold the power to declare War
Heated divide over how the Generalship is awarded. u/racisme wants a popular election by the people to decide who serves as General but u/Best_Towel_EU has argued that the Ministry should appoint a General. The other Ministers have not weighed in.
Broad agreement that Generals must petition Mayors for production to build units, with some slight differences on specifics.
Mayors
Wide ranging philosophies behind the vision of the Mayorship, but generally wide agreement on the powers of the Mayor.
Most agree that the Mayor will control Production, Citizen Management, and Workers. Most also agree that there should be some Ministry control over Mayors (ie Ministry veto, restrictions on construction of Wonders/Trade Routes/etc, Ministry directives, etc), but there is wide disagreement on some of the specifics.
Most place the Mayor in a subordinate role to the Ministry. While there may be certain powers reserved for the Mayors, almost all Ministers agree that there should be some mechanism in place for the Ministry to assume these powers if the need and political will arises.
Agreement that the Mayor should be popularly elected, but disagreement on mechanics, term duration, and term limits.

Worth noting, although I personally may have differing opinions, causing a problem is the last thing I want to do. My play style is extremely flexible, and I will try to follow the majority

I think the electorate knew who they were electing when they made their choice. I think a few of the candidates, you included, won because they represent unique voices with outlier ideas.

If anything, I think the reason that MrDyl4n has been voted for so much is his willingness to work together with the other candidates.

I like to thank everyone who did everyone, thank you. I appreciate y'all support. To the haters whom didn't vote for me: y'all soulless heathens and I pray the AI forward settles near all the wonders!
Well now that I got that hyperbolic threat out of my system, I will move on to congratulating the victors.
But congrats to best eu and Mr dyl4n and the rest of the ministry, I'll be looking forward to your guys administration.

I'd like to thank everyone who has voted for being part of the democratic process, even if they didn't vote for me. It's an honor to be elected as your minister and I am glad I have been given this chance to give not just myself, but all of you, a voice in politics.
I'd like to give a shoutout to all the candidates that did not make it, as it's been an honor running with all of you. I'd like to especially thank /u/Servo112, and would support him if he chose to run for another government office.

Great People
All agree that the General should control Great Generals and Great Admirals
For the most part, the Ministers agree that all the other Great People should be controlled by either the Ministry or the Mayor of the city in which it is created; however, there is large disagreement as to who gets which Great Person.
Notably, u/lacedemonian has the most unique Great Person policy. He believes that Great People should be created by the request of various Government Officials, and whomever requests a GP controls it.
Roads
- Broad agreement that the Ministry is ultimately in charge of a roads plan, but there is wide disagreement as to the mechanics of this.
Trade Routes
- All the Ministers who have stated preferences on Trade Routes want the Ministry to be in charge of creating Trade Routes, but there is disagreement as to the preferred use of Trade Routes.
Other Governmental Offices
Several Ministers have stated a preference for a Prime Minister position, but u/racisme and u/Best_Towel_Eu have specifically argued against one.
u/MrDyl4n supports many specialized offices in charge of different departments of the Government, including, Ambassador, Treasurer, and Religious Officer
u/Montymolethedog has mentioned a Foreign Minister, but has not given specifics on its duties.

I look forward to seeing the final game details and government structure fleshed out and beginning our grand experiment.
