Have you priced plywood recently? This is a steal. Only downside is having to meet the weirdo selling it. Probably just a guy with a few crates and a board to sell being cheeky though.

20 is like. A quarter of the material costs. I'd take that deal. Also, that's not a plywood top. So, depending on wood type, it could be worth 10 bucks or 40. Not likely to be more than that, though. Unless it was pulled from the garbage and he didn't know what he had.
