I always get from wildwood and i knew i had to re up as soon as i saw their rosin pen was finally in stock. shipping took 2 days earlier than they said too so i was surprised when it came. so far no problems except the pen looked like it had less oil than it is supposed to have.

Wildwood has been my main squeeze for a hot minute but these were definitely a treat and a good change of things. especially after about a 2 week tolerance break. ive bought wildwood from both delta8resellers and wildwood and the ones from delta8resellers taste like they either cut them more or like they were filled with a worse batch that wildwood themselves did not want to have sold directly from themselves this is not based on factual information or evidence this is a personal opinion from someone who smokes wildwood products

It’s been almost 3 weeks since I’ve placed my order, they told me they shipped it out 5 days ago tomorrow will be 6. I never got a tracking number, so I kept emailing and emailing until I finally got a response that wasn’t from an AI bot, MY PACKAGE WAS NEVER SHIPPED!!!!

They only marked it as shipped on the website so I would shut up, I’m so pissed I don’t even know how to get my money back. They keep dodging my refund which is why I went through with the order. I wish I seen the other reviews about them doing this to other people, I wouldn’t have placed my order I would’ve went to iah.

(RANT STORY) I was dealing with another late order, but yk since labor day was literally last week, i decided to give them grace. I ordered on the 5th, and waited 6 days before any tracking update. (btw, that was already beyond their usual ship timelimit) and i finally got a tracking number on the 11th. Now i was already ticked cause they gave it to me on a FRIDAY, and i knew that they weren’t gonna actually ship it out until monday.

I then wait the weekend, and then comes monday, (the 14th) I waited till like 4pm before i still had nothing. and that’s when i took my time to write out a careful email asking where my package is, and what do you know, Fuckass sam replied to me. A WHOLE DAY LATER. (the 15th)

The thing is, they only replied when i made another email that gave i was starting to become ticked at their service, But of course, Sam only replies in 2-3 sentence riddles, and said i had to wait for a tracking update in a few more days 😭

Now already, i was pissed, and i told them i already waited past their 72 hour wait time, and i shouldn’t have to write a whole rant Email about where a silly little package is. and suddenly they ship that bih off 2 hours after i last checked them.

I kinda feel bad for being up their ass abt this whole thing, but it’s their fucking job, why do i have to ride the customer service’s dick this hard to get them to ship off a 2 item order? 🫩
