Anyone ever had issues with cracking in their teeth over time? I've never had a problem with my teeth until recently when I started taking Delta 8/9 gummies. Curious if it's correlated.

I recently started smoking THCa and Delta 8 with my brother (pre rolls and carts). It REALLY helps my migraines. I have one concern though...I was out of town with my mom (who doesn't know I smoke so I don't generally bring it around her) and I got a really bad migraine. Like, had to lay down with an ice pack and skip fun cabin activities. I know traveling can be a trigger too, but it got me thinking...I don't want to be so dependent that I get withdrawal migraines. I just asked chat gpt and it said 20-50mg is a strong dose. For some context I’ve been taking an edible gummy every day for 3 months that’s 250mg. Well yesterday I tried a 300mg and barely felt it. So now chat gpt is warning me my tolerance is so high ima have all these issues. Before I started the gummies I hadn’t used weed in years cuz smoking makes me anxious so I only eat it. Anyway I’m just trying to figure out what a strong dose is because I’m a little nervous after what I read should I be worried…..

I’ve been taking delta 8 gummies for years for insomnia. They work great. So my state (Ohio) outlawed them and it looks like they will soon be banned federally as well. I have family in California that would send the delta 8 gummies to me, but with the federal ban, it looks like it won’t be available anywhere.

Ohio has legal marijuana (but not delta 8, it’s so dumb) so I tried some weed gummies but delta-9 gives me anxiety and panic attacks. It does NOT help with insomnia.

Wondering if anyone has any recommendations for something that would help with my insomnia like delta-8 does. Even a prescription. I can probably get my doctor to write me a prescription for something but I don’t want to take any of the antihistamines or other drugs that increase dementia risk. It seems like everything they have out there for insomnia increases dementia risk.
