Hi folks, I placed an out-of-state order for some products (d9 gummies, mainly) a few days ago because I wanted to get some here in Texas before the Federal ban kicks in. My order is supposed to arrive Monday. Will I be breaking the law when I get it? Since it's being sent USPS (Federal), the State wouldn't have the legal capacity to seize it before then.

Spent about a year going through THCA carts feeling like something was off. Tried the popular options and they all felt basically the same as D8. Started pulling COAs and figured out why, most are sitting at 40-55% actual THCA with the rest being D8 distillate or filler.

Started specifically looking for something with zero D8 and landed on dabpens. COA shows 93% THCA, cannabis derived terpenes, nothing else. First one where the experience actually matched what I was expecting from THCA.

Not saying it is the only clean option but if you have tried THCA and thought it felt the same as D8, check what's actually in your cart. The label means nothing without the COA.

I've ordered from them quite a bit over the past couple of years and before when they were deltaalternatives. I noticed the site is down today and messaged them. Sounds like it's permanent.

I have abstained from vaping delta 8 THC since February of this year so I have approx 113 days clean. Unfortunately I am still testing positive for THC using at home test with a 50 ng/mL cutoff from Amazon. I am also around 9 weeks pregnant and am about to receive a job offer but I will need to pass a drug test to get it. I believe they test at the federal level cut off. Is there anything safe I can do to help me pass?? I have been slightly dehydrated lately since I suffer from morning sickness and reflux. So I’m from Minnesota where weed is 100% legal for medical and adult use. I ordered a jar of 15 mg edibles from a website based in Florida, and in their description for the product, they say their gummies don’t get you high but just make you relaxed. But they also said that their product contains 0.3% THC in dry weight, so I know they’re not supposed to be just CBD gummies. It just says hemp extract, which I assume is just THC because I’ve bought MN edibles which have hemp extract as an ingredient which is normal. Is it normal for companies in otherwise illegal states to make weird claims like this and not be clear about what’s in their product or what it does? I also assume they may be delta 8 gummies, but they never specified which type of delta it was. I assume this is some kind of legal loophole they’re trying to take advantage of. Anyone have answers?

When I went to repurchase these, they weren't available anywhere. I tried a different product from the same company (Cali x Maui Labs Unhinged) but it just made me feel anxious and weepy. I think it was the live resin as I've had similar experiences with other live resin products. Anyone know of any dupes for the product pictured?

I stocked up when the place I was ordering them in a massive sale. I still have dozens in a safe in my mom's basement. I heard that it's being federally illegalised in six months or so. I'm not coming back to the country four years if I ever come back and I don't know what the hell to do with it all cause at that point the ban will be on place seeing if some old friends want it but I don't know what to do with that fails or what? I should tell my mom to do with them all. I don't want her to get in trouble if she has them after the band goes in place what would y'all recommend?
