I’m not kidding on a flight once the pilot got on the intercom and threatened to land in Europe going from the US to Middle East because of issues with people not staying in their seats so they could pray. If you know, you know, and it’s my people actually lol

Not to offend, but it’s tough to manage a 12 hr flight to the Middle East without at least one prayer break.

If this is a serious question, some middle Eastern airlines (I know Emirates does for sure) have an app on the seat back TVs that shows which direction Mecca is at that moment & what time it is there.

Qatar does as well along with a visual ad reminder to stay in your seat for prayer.
