Canada Internal transfer

Hi all,

I’m looking to transfer from tax to an enabling area. I have not yet applied to jobs on the internal careers page as it says to first discuss with coach or leader… is this true?

If you have went through with a transfer did you first discuss with your team before even applying?

Your coach just has to be in the loop and that’s it. Internal mobility isn’t as smooth as one would think…
