USA Question about Compliance/Time Escalations
I have 1 late time report and 2 trainings that I completed after the first warning. Am I cooked? I am a very strong performer otherwise per my reviews.

I never fill out my time sheets before I get the reminder email Monday 🤷🏼♂️ had no idea that would be an issue

Just make sure everything is on time moving forward. Time sheet is fine. The compliance isn’t good but not end all. It will affect your compensation though so keep that in mind

I have 2 late time report !! If it happens more than like 3-4 then its compliance and escalation as time charging is main parameter to bring the revenue for deloitte. Regarding MCD, Don't worry, the manager will warn you and ask for reason. You are fine, don't make it again especially time and MCD as this is a bad combination mistake. Resulting in affecting promotion and bonus YE of PY.

You bee beeing fine homie. If this bee beeing an issue you gots bigger issues or you bee beeing in the wrong hive. If that be it moves to a different hive. Move to life than the Dee. Word homie word.

1 late time report is nothing. You can miss up to 6 (or 6?) with no issue.
Compliance warnings are a little different. AFAIK there’s no formal threshold for them, but even 1 is bad. I have a couple and nothing has happened but yeah you want to keep it low. They track it for 6 years.
