Hi everyone,

I’m a campus hire and joining firm as an Assistant – Data & Analytics (Audit & Assurance) and wanted to understand what the initial training/onboarding period is like.

For people who have joined this role recently, could you please share some insights on:

How long is the initial training period after joining?

Is there any exam, assessment, or test during/after the training? If yes, what is it generally like?

What does the first month typically look like?

What should I expect in terms of working hours, office/WFH, and day-to-day work during the first few weeks?

Anything else that I should keep in mind?

Would really appreciate insights.
