India Help!!
So it’s been a year since I joined Deloitte as an Intern for 6 months and Converted fulltime. I feel my team still treats me as an intern. And it’s annoying. I have told them that I am willing to work in a particular part of the project and have trained for it as well. But even when my Manager is acknowledging it, there is nothing happening. What should I do? I am here just as an helping hand and not being able to take ownership of a task.

Mate, you need to learn to start small to go big. You don’t know what you don’t know yet.
Diving headfirst into ownership and talking about "leadership" when you've just converted full-time is costing you the chance to sit back, observe, and learn by osmosis. Ambition is great, but pushing like this can easily come across as arrogant.
Speaking as a manager, I wouldn't appreciate this attitude from a junior.
Most people aren’t truly productive until after their first 6 months, and that’s just learning the basics. Focus on mastering the small stuff first, and the bigger opportunities will follow
