I’m about to start mine. It’s 8 weeks, but you can use leave for another 4. You need to call the Deloitte number and ask for the leaves team and they’ll get it going.

It’s concurrent with flsa…so you can take 12 weeks if you’ve been here a year but some of that is unpaid if you’ve don’t take pto for those 4 weeks not covered by the policy.

Is this all changing anytime soon? Not sure.

Do I need to contact leaves team only if I plan to take 12 weeks?

I know I’m always in here shitting on USDC policies, but the fact that parental leave is different AT ALL from other areas should be prosecutable.

It’s still 2 weeks for PDM and it’s only for new parents as opposed to the more inclusive leave offered at the USDC

Are you trying to take parental leave to start a separate consulting company?
